Edison Mall Guest Services Representative - Part time

 

 

Areas of Responsibility

• Answers telephone calls and routes them promptly 
• Responsible for being a seller for the Washington Prime Group gift card program
• Responsible for filling out all applicable paperwork and own deposit form (if necessary) for any/all items sold at Guest Services during shift
• Responsible for representing Washington Prime Group to customers by greeting and providing high quality service to all mall customers and tenants
• Responsible for maintaining Guest Services area, ensuring that all marketing materials and displayed information are up to date and relevant
• Inform supervisor and managers of safety or security concerns
• Respond to customer inquiries and/or complaints appropriately
• Assists with special programs, i.e., lost and found, wheel chair rental and KidX
• Assists as needed with any marketing events 
• Performs all other duties as assigned

 

Education / Experience Requirements

Skills (Desired Abilities):
• Ability to multitask
• Effective communication and math skills

Qualifications (Education and Experience):
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months – 1 year experience in a customer service position
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
